Key Responsibilities

* Analyze MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and review material needs.
* Ensure receipt of order confirmations from all suppliers.
* Plan and organize the collection of purchase orders.
* Monitor the receipt of materials through to delivery at the production line.
* Analyze critical items and implement actions to prevent shortages and production line stoppages.
* Conduct in-depth analysis when needed in cases of BOM errors, missing requests, new project demands, or other anomalies.
* Organize special shipments and track deliveries to avoid line stoppages.
* Apply the early warning procedure in case of line stoppages to charge incurred costs to suppliers.
* Manage technical changes.
* Coordinate with the Planning team to handle demand fluctuations.
* Reduce raw material inventory levels across the supply chain to align with management targets.
* Use SQTS (Supplier Quality Tracking System) to report various supplier-related issues.
* Analyze causes of inventory discrepancies and delivery delays.
* Report delivery anomalies related to received quantities.

Key Skills And Qualifications

* Master’s degree or Engineering diploma in Logistics or Inventory Management.
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage stress effectively.
* Strong understanding of supply chain principles.
* Must be confident and well-organized.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
