Key Responsibilities

* Supervise the team of Advanced Quality Engineers.
* Lead the Advanced Quality activities related new project with BMW.
* Control and validate Quality APQP deliverables in Profile / LearPro.
* Control and validate the development and the update of the control plan.
* Control the submission of the Schedule-A / eAPQP to customer.
* Control the preparation of the list of special characteristic supplement-K / SCSS.
* Ensure the follow up of customer scorecards.
* Control the problem solving of customer claims related to prototypes and pre-serial production.
* Control internal defect analysis for prototypes.
* Control the implementation of engineering changes.
* Support the preparation of the internal deviations to ensure adherence to customer requirement and Lear procedures.
* Ensure the self-assessment according to customer requirement (Manufacturing Site Assessment, new RFQ…).
* Encourage the team to propose solutions and to remove the roadblocks.
* Participate in the continuous improvement of Quality Management System

Key Skills And Qualifications

* Bac+5, with at least 5 years of experience within an automotive Industry
* Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards)
* Good knowledge of problem-solving tools: ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO…
* Good knowledge of Quality Core-tools: Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP…
* Good skills of Team Management
* Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
* Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
