Key Responsibilities

* Manage, analyze, and monitor material flow throughout the plant (Warehouse, Picking area, and Production lines) with the goal of optimizing flow, stock levels, and inventory accuracy.
* Audit both system and physical receipt of materials within the plant.
* Organize and oversee the plant’s general inventory. Analyze results and propose corrective actions.
* Develop a cycle count schedule to ensure inventory reliability and implement corrective measures for any discrepancies.
* Prepare and share inventory performance reports and key stock indicators.
* Collaborate with Procurement and Production teams to anticipate stock shortages and take necessary actions to secure production lines.
* Ensure proper execution and documentation of stock adjustments.
* Supervise the Picking stock area.
* Report daily on the Picking stock fill rate.
* Update Kanban parameters for Picking stock replenishment.
* Work closely with Planning and Production teams to update Picking stock during major forecast changes, including adding new items and removing obsolete ones to ensure smooth production line replenishment.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
* Ensure adherence to environmental requirements and contribute to reducing significant environmental impacts.

Key Skills And Qualifications

* Master’s degree or Engineering diploma in Logistics or Inventory Management.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
* Solid understanding of supply chain principles.
* Knowledge of inventory management methods and procedures.
* Must be confident and well-organized.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
