As the Marketing Manager reporting to the Manager of Mobility Channel Strategy & Planning within the Multi Channel Marketing team, you will play a role in preparing and executing business readiness activities for CSS sales campaigns. Your responsibilities will include supporting Outbound campaigns that boost sales performance and revenue across various TELUS services such as Internet, TV, Mobility, SmartHome Security, Health, and Koodo. Collaborate closely with the CSS Channel ambassadors, the Communication team, and the overall MCM team to drive impactful projects and initiatives.

What you will do

* Build working relationships with internal partners: Foster strong relationships with various departments within the organisation to facilitate seamless collaboration and achieve common goals.
* Work within contact centre systems, processes, and procedures: Navigate contact centre systems effectively to streamline operations and enhance campaign delivery.
* Apply critical thinking for business planning and problem solving: Employ problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive innovation.
* Write Communications: Craft clear and concise written communications tailored to sales agents, ensuring sales can be achieved.
* Use Google applications including slides for campaign rollout: Leverage Google applications, particularly Slides, to design and execute impactful campaigns, driving engagement and awareness.
* Lead projects: Lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
* Draw on Sales background: Utilise sales expertise to identify opportunities, address customer needs, and contribute to revenue generation initiatives.
* Apply analysis and prioritisation skills: Analyse data, and prioritise tasks effectively to optimise resource allocation and maximise results.

* You have knowledge of Mobility, Home solutions, Security products, and Services
* You have familiarity with TELUS offerings to effectively address customer & agent inquiries and promote sales.
* You have a strong sales background
* You have completed post-secondary education and/or 1-3 years of equivalent experience

Great-to-haves

* Bilingual in French and English would be an asset
