Key Responsibilities:
* Source influencers on Instagram, TikTok & emerging platforms
* Send outreach, onboard creators & align them to campaign goals
* Manage briefs, scripts & video assets for timely delivery
* Track engagement metrics and optimize performance
* Maintain regular influencer communications
* Update the database and compile concise campaign reports
Requirements:
* Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital communications
* High-volume sourcing and outreach capabilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficient in Notion, Excel/Sheets & CRMs
* Detail-oriented multitasker with an analytical mindset
