Job Title : Content Management Advisor (BIGO Live)

Department : France Team

Reporting To : Team Leader

Location : Casablanca, Morocco

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Responsible for developing the content categories which suitable for the platformand recruiting talented/pugc hosts for the platform;
2. Responsible for optimizing the training materials of each categorycontent and regularly conducting online or underground training course;
3. Utilize internal and external exposureresources to expand the influence of the talentedhost and promote the personal brand image of the host;
4. Responsible for the daily operation of Bigo community, improving the DAU and the posting rate of users in BIGO community.
5. Responsible for increasing the income of talented hosts and cultivate a host benchmark which is copiable by other hosts for each category;

【Job Requirements】

1. Bachelor's degreeis required; Base in Casablanca;
2. Fluent in French and English, and excellent communication skills;
3. 2-3 years+related experience at the internet companies is a plus;
4. Have a good commandof MS Office;
5. Ability to develop content that provokes engagement;
6. Presentable, Motivated, Flexible, and problem-solving Skills
7. Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrivesin a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
8. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
