KONE is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician for elevators and escalators in KONE Morocco, based in Maraketch. Our team is composed of maintenance professionals who provide on-site customer service to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our equipment. We are now looking for a service-minded Maintenance Technician to provide professional elevator and escalator maintenance service to our customers.

In this role, you will be at the core of KONE - an everyday hero who makes people's lives easier. You will work towards ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance, as well as promoting regular and proactive on-site communication to customers and the people using the equipment.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and regular, proactive, and precise on-site communication.
* Responsible for accurate and real-time back reporting of work performed.
* Maintain excellent relationships with the customers, the contact person, and end-users on site.
* Manage the site environment during service operations.
* Identification of site risks and timely communication of any such occurrences.
* Identifying “unplanned” service repairs based on the equipment needs, contacting the on-site contact person, getting his approval if not covered by the contract, and performing them.
* Management of PAR stock levels (shelving, inventory, stock transfer) and timely issuance of replenishment orders.
* Submit timesheets based on the execution.

Skills & Experience

* Minimum 3 years of experience in the elevator-escalator industry is a must.
* Experience in KONE and non-KONE equipment skills is desirable.
* Vocational Certificate/Diploma candidate from the Mechanical and Electrical stream or equivalent.
* Good communication skills with basic IT skills.
* Please indicate your current location in Morocco.

Notre équipe est composée de professionnels de la maintenance qui assurent un service client sur site afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement et la sécurité de nos équipements. Nous recherchons actuellement un Technicien de Maintenance orienté service pour fournir un service professionnel de maintenance d’ascenseurs et d’escaliers mécaniques à nos clients.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez au cœur de KONE – un héros du quotidien qui facilite la vie des gens.

Vous contribuerez à assurer un service de qualité, à améliorer la sécurité et la performance des équipements, ainsi qu’à promouvoir une communication régulière et proactive sur site avec les clients et les utilisateurs.

Responsabilités:

* Assurer la satisfaction client grâce à un service de qualité et une communication sur site régulière, proactive et précise.
* Assurer un retour d’information précis et en temps réel sur les travaux effectués.
* Maintenir d’excellentes relations avec les clients, les interlocuteurs sur site et les utilisateurs finaux.
* Gérer l’environnement du site pendant les opérations de maintenance.
* Identifier les risques sur site et communiquer rapidement toute situation à risque.
* Identifier les réparations « non planifiées » en fonction des besoins de l’équipement, contacter l’interlocuteur sur site, obtenir son approbation si non couvertes par le contrat, et les effectuer.
* Gérer les niveaux de stock PAR (étagères, inventaire, transferts de stock) et émettre les commandes de réapprovisionnement en temps voulu.
* Soumettre les feuilles de temps en fonction des interventions réalisées.

Compétences & Expérience:

* Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans le secteur des ascenseurs et escaliers mécaniques indispensable.
* Compétences sur équipements KONE et non-KONE souhaitées.
* Diplôme ou certificat professionnel dans les domaines mécanique ou électrique, ou équivalent.
* Bonnes compétences en communication et compétences informatiques de base.
