Principal Accountabilities


* Lean Strategy Deployment
* Align Lean initiatives with the organization's strategic goals and long-term vision
* Support effective policy deployment to ensure clear communication and focused execution of priorities
* Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)
* Lead Kaizen events and problem-solving workshops to eliminate waste and enhance processes
* Standardize Kaizen methodologies across the organization for consistency and impact
* Coach teams on Lean tools such as PDCA, A3 Thinking, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Root Cause Analysis
* Training & Capability Building
* Design and deliver Lean training programs for employees at all levels
* Mentor frontline teams and leaders in Lean principles, leadership behaviors, and structured problem-solving
* Facilitate Training Within Industry (TWI) programs to boost operational competencies
* Lean Daily Management System
* Implement and sustain daily Lean routines such as SQDC meetings and visual management boards
* Monitor Leader Standard Work (LSW) to ensure discipline and consistency in leadership practices
* Drive regular reviews of key performance indicators (KPIs) to initiate timely corrective actions
* Performance Monitoring & Process Confirmation (PC)
* Conduct Lean maturity assessments and process confirmations to ensure alignment with Lean principles
* Measure and report the impact of Lean initiatives using data-driven performance reviews
* Analyze operational metrics to uncover improvement opportunities and drive action
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Facilitate collaboration across departments to embed Lean thinking into everyday operations
* Partner with Operations, Maintenance, HSSE, and support teams to ensure sustainable improvements
* Engage with the broader Lean network across terminals and HQ to exchange best practices
* Leadership & Change Management
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement at all levels
* Coach and influence leaders to embody and champion Lean thinking
* Address change resistance and ensure long-term sustainability of Lean initiatives

Who We Are Looking For


* An engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering or related field).
* 0 to 1 year of Experience via projects and improvement initiatives in industrial/ process environment.
* Lean Six Sigma certification/Green Belt or Black Belt are a plus,
* Additional certifications in project management or quality management are a plus.
* Strong understanding of Lean principles and methodologies (e.g., VMS, Kaizen Basics, Problem Solving, VSM, SMED, 5S, Standardization, six Sigma ...),
* Proficiency in process mapping,
* Experience with process management software and tools,
* Familiarity with quality management systems and global compliance standards,
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and data analysis tools.
* Strong influencing skills,
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French
