Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Law Specialist located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The Law Specialist will be responsible for providing legal advice on business and labor law issues, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The individual will work closely with various departments to offer legal support and assist in resolving legal disputes.

* Strong knowledge of Law, Business Law, and Labor and Employment Law
* Excellent Writing and Research skills
* Ability to draft and review legal documents
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
* Relevant certification or license to practice law
* Experience working in a corporate or retail environment is a plus
