Job Description

* Provide regular status reporting to Country Plant Manager about operations project portfolio in respective country
* Perform cross-functional feasibility study (content and capacities) in RFQ phase in COO area
* Perform Project Management in COO area according to LEONI governance and standards.
* Plan and coordinate work packages of core team members in COO area to fulfill time, cost and quality requirements in line with governance and guidelines in COO area
* Control and validate cross functional outputs of work packages
* Follow, ensure and perform standardized Milestone and Gate Reviews of COO responsibility

Qualifications

* Level of Education: Master degree / engineer
* Branch Of Study: Business management /project management/Industrial or equivalent
* Experience : at least 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry
* Language : English is mandatory
* Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
* Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
