Project Manager (Position located in DUBAI)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead CRM, ERP, and enterprise software projects. The ideal candidate is skilled at planning, execution, and delivery — ensuring projects meet quality, scope, timelines, and budget requirements. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across CRM/ERP platforms

• Manage cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and stakeholders

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage expectations effectively

• Conduct project planning, risk assessments, and track progress

• Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews

• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality metrics

• Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to project standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in enterprise software or digital transformation projects

• PMP Certification (or equivalent project management methodology certification) is required

• Strong negotiation skills to manage client relationships and internal collaboration

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and PMP tools

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to manage risks and drive issue resolution

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing projects in both regional and international settings

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise platforms

• Exposure to flagship products like Property-xRM

• Recognition through industry awards or certifications is a plus
