Launch Manager

Job Description

* Provide regular status reporting to Country Plant Manager about operations project portfolio in respective country
* Perform cross-functional feasibility study (content and capacities) in RFQ phase in COO area
* Perform Project Management in COO area according to LEONI governance and standards.
* Plan and coordinate work packages of core team members in COO area to fulfill time, cost and quality requirements in line with governance and guidelines in COO area
* Control and validate cross functional outputs of work packages
* Follow, ensure and perform standardized Milestone and Gate Reviews of COO responsibility
* Manage internal and external operations interfaces
* Conduct handover to plant according to governance and product life cycle
* Escalate in case of deviations from LEONI project management standards and project requirements (time, cost, quality)
* Identify projects with potential need for launch team support
* Release of preconditions for offering within RFQ clarification related to COO

Qualifications And Experience

Level of Education: Master degree / engineer

Branch Of Study: Business management /project management/Industrial or equivalent
