As a Software Developer, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
* Working with business users and the application vendor to record
* Track and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Profile main requirements (must have qualifications) :
* University or college degree in engineering, computer sciences, physic, mathematics or relevant experience in equivalent domain
* Excellent communication skills in French and English
* Minimum of +1 years as a Software Developer
* Clear and concise communication in electronic and in-person formats with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
* Ability to troubleshoot problems; being able to reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users
* Strong customer service mindset
* Understanding business operations in a telecommunication service delivery and support
* Application Administration
