Job Description – IT Support / Wi-Fi Testing Engineer

Scope of Work

* Perform Wi-Fi testing using the client-provided PRCORP SSID-enabled laptop
* Test Microsoft Teams calling functionality with the Infosys engineer
* Perform basic network diagnostics including ping and tracert tests
* Monitor and observe the Wi-Fi environment for connectivity or performance issues
* Provide onsite support and coordinate with the remote team if required

Tools to Carry

* 1 Laptop
* 1 LAN Patch Cable

Requirements

* Basic networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting knowledge
* Ability to perform onsite testing and diagnostics
* Good communication skills for coordination with remote engineers
