* Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
* Facilitate communication between departments and with clients
* International business marketing and administration
* Provide exceptional customer support and follow-up
* Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements


Qualifications:


* Fluent in English (both spoken and written) within a US business context
* Over 2 years of professional experience, preferably in international business
* Ability to perform work during International Business Hours
* Demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant or in a related position
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and effective time management
* Proficient in technology and applicatiokns (MS Office, Google Workspace)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
* A proactive approach and eagerness to learn


Education:


* Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
