Job Description

* Coordinate the IATF 16949 Quality certification.
* Manage, monitor, and support the deployment of Quality tools in a continuous improvement process: Compliance Quest, Process Capability, SPC, MSA, R&R, A3 Problem Solving, FMEA Product and Process, PowerBI, IATF System Audit, VDA 6.3, and VDA 6.5.
* Prepare and lead the quality management review.
* Participate in Quality working groups organized by the CONTINENTAL Group.
* Implement the process approach within the company in coordination with Corporate Continental rules.
* Organize, plan, and conduct audits (internal auditor: system, product, process).
* Define and monitor preventive and corrective actions resulting from audit findings.
* Draft, update, and disseminate various quality procedures.
* Ensure regulatory watch.
* Coordinate the update of the quality document system with process owners.
* Train various stakeholders in the company on quality issues.
* Lead the deployment of Customer Specific Requirements.

Qualifications

2 Years experience, Quality or industrial engineer

English mandatory
