Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist based in the Rabat, Morocco. The Support Specialist will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, desktop computer maintenance, and help desk support to ensure smooth IT operations within the company.
Qualifications
* Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
* Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology
* Help Desk Support knowledge
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
* Knowledge of network systems and security protocols
