Role Overview
The Pre-Sales Consultant will play a key role in supporting the company’s Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and data-driven software solutions business across Morocco and West Africa. This position is focused on consultative engagement with clients, understanding business needs, and presenting high-level solutions that deliver tangible value.
The role is not a technical delivery position but requires strong technical understanding at a conceptual level, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand business requirements and identify solution opportunities.
* Deliver high-level solution presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that clearly articulate value propositions.
* Support the sales team with RFPs, tenders, and proposal preparation, ensuring alignment with client needs.
* Develop conceptual solution designs (without deep technical specifications) and explain overall architecture approaches.
* Collaborate with internal technical teams to validate solution feasibility and ensure successful handover to delivery teams.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ITS applications, data analytics platforms, and BI tools to effectively position solutions.
* Assist in procurement-related processes and compliance requirements as needed (training will be provided).
Candidate Profile
* 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a related role within the IT or software solutions sector.
* Strong ability to engage clients, build relationships, and communicate technical concepts in a business-oriented manner.
* Knowledge of ITS, smart mobility, is an advantage.
* Knowledge of data analytics, or business intelligence platforms
* Ability to work closely with sales and technical teams to drive solution adoption and client satisfaction.
* Fluent in French, English & Arabic (both written and spoken).
