We are looking to reinforce our team with a INDUSTRIAL DIRECTOR – PHARMACEUTICAL
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Plan and coordinate all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations across multiple Moroccan facility, ensuring compliance with GMP, ANSSM (Moroccan regulatory standards), FDA, and EMA requirements.
* Manage production, quality assurance, engineering, continuous improvement, maintenance, supply chain and warehouse operations, to meet safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost targets.
* Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to exceed customer expectations and achieve profitability goals.
* Propose and implement improvements in manufacturing processes, as well as support trouble shooting initiatives
* Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to exceed customer expectations and achieve profitability goals.
* Implement best industry management tools, including Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, to optimize processes and reduce environmental impact.
* Guarantee adherence to local and international regulations, including cleanroom protocols
* Work closely with Quality, Finance, HR, and R&D to align operations with corporate strategy.
* Cultivate a problem-solving culture through data-driven decision-making and KPIs.
* Prepare the annual production budget (Opex and Capex), and control industrial costs throughout the year
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
* Experience:
* 10+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership (5+ years in senior management).
* Experience in the management of oral solids manufacturing processes (tablets and capsules)
* Experience in management and problem solving tools, specially Len Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools
* Proven track record in FDA/EMA/ANSSM compliance, validation, and audit readiness.
* Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Industrial) or related field.
* Languages: Fluent French (required), Arabic (preferred), English (required).
* Technical Skills:
* Expertise in ERP/MES systems, Lean/Six Sigma, and regulatory standards.
* Experience with oral solids manufacturing (tablets and capsules)
