We are specifically looking for a hands-on Incident Response / Major Incident profile with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate incidents end-to-end in high-pressure environments.
The MUST HAVES for this role are:
• 5+ years in Incident / Major Incident Management
• Strong spoken English is essential
• Experience leading bridge calls / war rooms / stakeholder communication
• ITIL-based incident & problem management experience
• Hands-on with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, OpsGenie/PagerDuty, CloudWatch, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.
• Experience coordinating technical teams during live incidents rather than purely process/governance-focused profiles
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and drive incidents through to resolution
Important:
We are NOT looking for:
• Pure ITSM/process consultants
• Service desk / support-only profiles
• Candidates with weak spoken English
• Overly managerial profiles removed from day-to-day incident operations
Strong operational ownership and communication are the key factors for this role.
