Implementation Manager - Fluent French

We are looking for a skilled Implementation Manager to manage technical projects that involve integrating customer data into our cutting-edge cloud-based solutions. As a key point of contact for both clients and internal teams, you’ll oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Integration: Extract, transform, and load customer data using proprietary tools.
* Project Ownership: Plan, execute, and oversee project lifecycles to ensure successful delivery on schedule and within budget.
* Client Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison, ensuring clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Risk Management: Proactively identify, address, and resolve project risks or issues.
* Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive data mapping requirements.
* Team Coordination: Work closely with technical teams to implement tailored solutions.
* Reporting: Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status updates.
* Multi-Project Management: Handle multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and timeliness.

Skills and Qualifications:

* 3–5 years in project management within technical or engineering environments.
* Experience with ERP systems, SQL, and data pipeline engineering.

Technical Proficiency:

* Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
* Understanding of supply chain or manufacturing processes.

Soft Skills:

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.

Additional Requirements:

* Fluency in French (spoken and written).
* Willingness to travel for occasional on-site customer implementations.
