Our client, a well-established organization operating in an international and multicultural context, is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to support its strategic HR initiatives from its base in Casablanca. while requiring close collaboration with both local and global teams.
This is a key leadership role ideal for an HR professional with deep expertise in Compensation & Benefits, strong project management capabilities, and a highly analytical mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the Compensation & Benefits strategy, aligned with business goals and market trends
Manage and deliver strategic HR projects end-to-end, ensuring clear milestones and KPIs
Analyze workforce data to inform HR decision-making and improve efficiency
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all matters related to employee rewards and engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure consistency of HR standards and practices
Promote a high-performance, inclusive, and compliant work environment
Additional Information:
15+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in multinational or multicultural environments
Recognized expertise in Compensation & Benefits: design, benchmarking, policies, and implementation
Proven experience in leading complex HR projects (transformation, restructuring, systems, etc.)
Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
