HR Intern

Eastvantage Tangier is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team for a 2–3 month paid internship, focused on recruitment and hiring support.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment while contributing to real hiring projects within an international environment.

✨ What You’ll Do:

* Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
* Assist in screening CVs and conducting initial outreach
* Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
* Support employer branding and recruitment-related activities
* Provide day-to-day assistance to the HR and Talent Acquisition team

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

* A student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
* Strong interest in recruitment and human resources
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
* Fluency in English (French is a plus)
* Prior HR/recruitment experience or internship is a bonus but not required
