Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Holidays Advisor located in Marrakesh and Agadir . The Holidays Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, providing destination information, creating holiday packages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs, offer expert advice on destinations and itineraries, and handle booking arrangements. The position may involve collaborating with other team members and travel partners to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

* Strong understanding of travel and tourism industry
* Customer service and client relationship management
* Sales driven
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
* Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
* Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.English is a must
* Flexibility to work varied hours as required
* Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
