We are seeking a highly driven Head of Market Development to spearhead our commercial strategy and market expansion in Morocco within the Consumer Health sector.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will drive revenue growth, strengthen our market presence, and lead a passionate team towards commercial excellence.
Your key missions :
* Boost Sales Performance: Define and execute ambitious sales targets to outperform the market and drive revenue growth.
* Lead Marketing Excellence: Develop and implement marketing strategies that maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
* Expand Market Presence: Identify new business opportunities, strengthen distributor and retail networks, and open new market segments.
* P&L Impact: Manage and optimize the commercial P&L to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
* Build & Inspire Teams: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team to deliver outstanding results.
* Drive Customer Centricity: Put the customer at the center of every decision, building loyalty and long-term value.
* Strategic Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, retailers, healthcare professionals, and partners.
What we are looking for:
* Academic background: Matser degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Experience:
* Over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or FMCG industries, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role within Consumer Health, with a strong focus on commercial team management and delivering growth
* Tangible success in market expansion, customer development, and sales acceleration.
* Strong experience working with distributors, retail chains, and healthcare professionals.
* Solid understanding of P&L drivers and financial KPIs.
* Fluency in French and English (Arabic is a plus).
