Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of a department at Al Fattan Marine Services, located in Abu Dhabi Indian School. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing and monitoring departmental strategies, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include setting performance benchmarks, managing budgets efficiently, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team.

* A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Marine Engineering, Business Management, or Operations Management.
* Proven track record of success in a leadership or managerial role in the marine or related industry.
* Flexibility to adapt to dynamic operational needs and a commitment to best practices in safety and sustainability.
