Acciona, for it's business line of Water, is looking for a LOTO supervisor for it's project in Casablanca.

MISSION:

LOTO Supervisor or Lockout/Tagout Coordinator is the professional responsible for ensuring that industrial machinery and equipment are properly shut down, isolated, and secured before construction, commissioning, and maintenance activities are carried out.

The main objective is zero accidents by preventing the unexpected release of energy or hazardous equipment operation in different areas (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and chemical).

Main Functions and Responsibilities:

* Procedure Development: Create, update, and document specific LOTO procedures for each plant equipment (pumps, motors, valves, etc.).
* Supervise the proper condition and availability of locks, tags, hasps, and lockout stations or boxes.
* Conduct regular field inspections to ensure that lockout procedures are being properly implemented.
* Identify all energy sources of the equipment before personnel intervention.

Education and Experience:

* Education: Occupational Health and Safety. Specific courses and training for LOTO is a must.
* Experience: 2 to 4 years in industrial, mining, or energy environments, leading safety programs.
