DISTY 360 is a leading regional distributor specializing in engineering and construction software solutions across the Middle East and Africa. We help AEC professionals adopt modern BIM and digital construction technologies that improve collaboration, coordination, and project delivery.

We are currently seeking an innovative Digital Construction Engineer who can bridge technology, customer experience, and regional market needs across the Middle East & Africa.

This is a full-time, fully remote role reporting directly to the Digital Construction Manager.

Please note that relocation and visa sponsorship are not available for this role.

What you’ll do

* Support resellers and end customers with both pre-sales and post-sales technical guidance.
* Deliver presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations that clearly communicate product value and workflow improvements.
* Guide customers in adopting BIM and digital construction workflows.
* Conduct training sessions, onboarding programs, and implementation workshops.
* Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer challenges.
* Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them improve digital delivery and collaboration workflows.
* Support coordination, model management, and cloud collaboration environments.

What we’re looking for

* Structural Engineer or Architect with strong digital construction understanding. (2 - 5 years of experience)
* Advanced hands-on experience using AEC technologies in real projects, including tools such as CAD tools, structure analysis and design tools and BIM tools.
* Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as BIM consulting, implementation, technical support, presales, or training.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Fluent in Arabic, with very good English or French communication skills.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely across multiple regional markets.
