Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, including staff management, guest services, and financial performance. The role involves setting and achieving operational budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving customer satisfaction. Coordinating with department heads, handling guest complaints, and implementing strategic initiatives are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in hotel management and leadership
* Strong understanding of financial performance metrics and budget management
* Excellent interpersonal and staff management skills
* Ability to develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and guest service orientation
* Experience with regulatory compliance in the hospitality industry
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proficiency in relevant technology and software used in hotel management
* Multilingual skills are a plus
