CyphX is looking for a Freelance QA Tester to join one of our upcoming product development projects.

We are looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and capable of testing a real digital product from both a technical and user-experience perspective.
What you will work on
You will be responsible for testing a web/mobile platform during its MVP development phase, making sure the product is stable, functional, and ready for real users.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute manual test scenarios.

• Test user flows from registration/login to core platform actions.

• Validate forms, dashboards, admin panels, notifications, and key business workflows.

• Test APIs using tools like Postman or similar.

• Report bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots/videos, severity, and expected behavior.

• Perform regression testing after bug fixes.

• Test responsiveness across desktop and mobile screens.

• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and UI/UX team members.

• Help improve product quality before delivery.

Requirements

• Good understanding of software testing basics.

• Experience with manual testing for web or mobile applications.

• Ability to write clear test cases and bug reports.

• Familiarity with tools like Postman, Jira/Trello/Notion, GitHub Issues, or similar.

• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

• Ability to work seriously during a fixed project duration.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of API testing.

• Basic understanding of databases and backend/frontend workflows.

• Experience testing marketplace, booking, service, CRM, or management platforms.

• Basic knowledge of automation testing is a plus, but not required.
