Food and Beverage Hostess

We are seeking a poised and guest-focused Food & Beverage Hostess to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in five-star hospitality, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences with professionalism and grace.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet guests, ensuring a courteous and professional first impression

• Manage reservations and organize table assignments efficiently

• Escort guests to their tables, providing a seamless and elegant arrival experience

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hostess podium and surrounding areas

• Address guest inquiries, accommodate special requests, and support the service team when required

• Communicate guest preferences and relevant details accurately to the F&B team

• Consistently uphold the hotel’s luxury service and brand standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred)

• 2–3 years of proven experience in luxury hotel environments

• Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are highly valued

• Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and refined grooming standards

• Ability to multitask and manage guest flow in a dynamic environment

• Familiarity with fine dining service standards and basic food safety practices is an advantage

• Both local and overseas candidates are encouraged to apply

• Preference will be given to Arabic-speaking nationals
