Financial Controller

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic French Speaking Financial Controller with a strong background in business intelligence and data-driven financial planning. This role requires fluency in French and is ideal for professionals with 5–7 years of experience who thrive in fast-paced, analytical environments. The candidate will drive financial insights through BI tools and ensure robust financial control, reporting, and forecasting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
* Consolidate and analyze financial data across departments and regions.
* Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior management.
* Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with IFRS and local compliance regulations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial visibility and performance tracking.
* Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
* Assist in financial audits and maintain strong internal controls.
* Communicate with French-speaking stakeholders and regional teams.

Candidate Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.
* 5–7 years of experience in financial control or financial planning & analysis, with strong BI exposure.
* Proficiency in French and English (both written and spoken).
* Strong experience with financial systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle).
* Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical mindset.
* Solid understanding of IFRS, budgeting, and performance management.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
