COFICAB is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist

Main responsibilities :

* Performs accounting tasks related to the day to day AP processing such as bills, credit memo, payement receipt verification and posting to ensure its accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
* Performs effectively and accurately accounting tasks related to the day to day processing of accounts payable transactions in line with applicable standards and regulations such as registering and posting received invoices/credit memo on the information system, checking its accuracy and compliance (three way matching).
* Transmit the invoices to be paid to the treasury department to plan and make payments, and record supplier payments using sage and ensure the lettering and justification of third party accounts.
* Maintain a file monitoring the status of purchase orders in relation to the purchasing department.
* Participate in the intermediate and annual closing works and participate in physical inventory process.

Functional and Technical Competencies :

* Mastery of the Moroccan accounting system, taxation, customs regulations, transit techniques, transport and incoterms

Educational Background :

• Master's degree (Finance / Accounting)

Required Experience :

• 1-3 years Accounting experience

Good level in french & english is mendatory
