Role Description

We are seeking a Field Telecom Engineer for a full-time on-site role located in Laayoune. The Field Telecom Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including troubleshooting telecommunications systems, designing and implementing network infrastructures, and providing technical support for VoIP configurations. The role involves hands-on work with network equipment and collaboration with other team members to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support
* Experience with telecommunications systems and Voice over IP (VoIP)
* Strong skills in network design and implementation
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
* Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar are a plus
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in en_US and French
