KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the development and maintenance of an extensive external After Sales & Service network, ensuring comprehensive coverage across the entire territory.
Main Tasks
* Audit to all service partners ensuring they provide the right service level.
* Supports the service partners by phone, mail or on site if the service partner cannot solve the problem himself.
* Coordinate the pricing of service contracts
* Negotiate agreement with service partners.
* Provides spontaneous training sessions when working on site with service partners.
* Instruction and training for the final customer for direct sales of complex units.
* Ensures that demonstration/training units are fully functional and in a clean state and regularly maintained.
* Ensure the execution of the Service activities and projects in the company
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Measure performance and efficiency based on KPIs?
* Control of internal costs and warranties?
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: , mechanical or electromechanical engineering degree ( BTS, TS, DUT, Licence Pro). intermediate english.
KNOWLEDGE AND SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Professional experience in customer service.
* Understanding of technical drawings, circuit diagrams, parts lists.
* Valid driving licence for the service vehicle.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3-5 years experience in similar industries ( Heavy Equipment, Air Compressors, Power Tools, PowerGen, Forklifts, Home appliances...).
Background with multinational companies is a plus.
