We Are Hiring: Factory PIC (Person in Charge)

We’re looking for an experienced Factory PIC to manage and oversee all operations at an industrial site — from on-site supervision to full production process optimization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise civil, electrical, and basic mechanical works on-site
* Report daily progress and updates to management
* Finalize site layouts based on production flow and operational needs
* Oversee production planning, scheduling, and quality control
* Recruit, train, and manage production teams
* Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards
* Coordinate with engineering, logistics, sales, and marketing departments
* Optimize resource usage and reduce production costs

* Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing site management
* Basic technical knowledge in civil, electrical, and mechanical fields
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with productivity tools and performance tracking systems
