Currently we are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global container liner company, for the position of Executive Equipment Control for Morocco.
Designation: Executive Equipment Control
Office Location: Morocco SARLAU
Reporting To- Operation and Customer Service Manager
Position description: Operations & Customer Service
Equipment Management:
* Analyze and manage stocks (Track and monitor idle empty)
* Consolidate and provide report for equipment forecasts & availability
* Organize empty repositioning
* Release equipment
* Redeliver equipment
* Deliver accurate data & reporting to Customer Care Idle team for long idle full (>30 Days)
* Manage Seal Stock
* Assist RO in depot service sourcing, procurement, benchmarking and audit
* Implement depot allocation strategy
* Depot visit auditory (process and security)
* Implement pick up drop off policy and invoicing
* Maintenance and Repair Manage Recovery / Apply Logistics fees
* Handle Reefer monitoring (e.g. spare parts, GenSets)
* Manage Off hire repairs / Align depot with Group requirement / Negotiate rate
* Benchmark Depot / Depot operational audit / Manage Depot Survey
* Physically control repair quality
Educational qualifications preferred Degree:
Bachelor’s Degree or qualified professional
Required work experience
Years of experience: 5
Required Knowledge:
* Port Process, Documentation, TTN tool handling
* MS Office Applications and ability to prepare reports.
* Knowledge of geography and port operations.
