Requirements

2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Fluency in English—both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.

Strong organizational skills—ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Proficient in office software—familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.

Excellent communication skills—proficient in writing clear and professional correspondence.

Attention to detail—ensuring high accuracy in documentation and project execution.

Proactive approach to problem solving—able to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field preferred.
