Requirements
Qualifications:
* Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, preferably in an international business setting
* Strong organizational and time management abilities, with exceptional attention to detail
* Proficient in office productivity software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, CRM tools)
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
* Diplomatic and professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information
* Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility
* A degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field is preferred
