About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support a US-based executive and help manage their day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with the executive to streamline communication, coordinate schedules, organize priorities, and create the structure that keeps their workflow running smoothly.

What You'll do
* Manage the founder’s calendar and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
* Organize inboxes, streamline communication, and ensure timely follow-ups
* Maintain clean documentation, task lists, and internal trackers
* Prepare reports, summaries, and meeting notes to keep everyone aligned
* Assist with recruiting workflows, candidate coordination, and client communication
* Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and remove friction from the founder’s day
* Support operational tasks across Notion, Slack, Sheets/Excel, HubSpot, and other tools
* Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
What We're Looking For
* 2–4 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive
* Excellent communication — clear, concise, reliable, and professional
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
* High attention to detail with a structured, proactive approach
* Comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, Sheets/Excel, HubSpot, Tally, etc.
* Someone dependable, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently
