Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area for an Administrative Assistant. The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include managing correspondence, maintaining and organizing files, providing clerical support, handling phone calls and inquiries with proper etiquette, and assisting executive staff with administrative tasks. The role also entails coordinating schedules, handling meeting arrangements, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Qualifications
* Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance, with the ability to manage and organize daily tasks efficiently.
* Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interactions with clients, partners, and team members.
* Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including filing, scheduling, and managing office correspondence.
* Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in office software, such as word processors and spreadsheets, is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
* Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with administrative tools is an advantage.
