Overview
We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Asian Chef to lead the culinary operations of a high-end Asian gastronomic restaurant in Casablanca.
If you have a passion for Asian flavors, modern techniques, and fine dining excellence, this is a unique opportunity to shape a new culinary destination in Morocco.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the entire kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards.
* Design and develop innovative Asian menus (Japanese, Thai, Fusion, etc.) aligned with the restaurant’s concept.
* Manage, train, and motivate the kitchen team to maintain excellence.
* Supervise food safety, hygiene, and cost control.
* Collaborate with management to create seasonal promotions and signature experiences.
* Source premium ingredients and establish strong supplier relationships.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience as Executive Chef / Head Chef in luxury Asian restaurants or 5-star hotels.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Expertise in modern Asian gastronomy and presentation techniques.
* Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, budgeting, and inventory control.
* Fluent in English (French is a plus).
* Ability to relocate to Casablanca, Morocco.
