As part of a Vehicle Base/Capacity Project, the Equipment Group Leader ensures the industrialization and implementation of project launch resources, adhering to Assembly standards. The role involves project planning, investment monitoring, and quality assurance while serving as the key contact for the Assembly Pilot and collaborating with other industrial departments.


Responsibilities:


* Lead the operational activities of the team under your responsibility and provide project reporting.
* Report performance indicators to the Assembly Pilot for your perimeter.
* Ensure proper execution of subcontracted activities and deliverables with major engineering suppliers.
* Ensure the application of technical and methodological assembly standards.
* Implement CAPEX engineering standards and lead their deployment.
* Propose simple industrial solutions to optimize workshop performance.
* Ensure process-sensitive requirements are considered by design teams.
* Manage investments in line with project requirements.
* Ensure the robustness of equipment design and execution until transfer to the site.
* Guarantee compliance with standards for fine-tuning, testing, and achieving installation performance.
* Transfer responsibility for installations and industrial means to the Plant.
* Serve as the interface with other industrial departments, including Automation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Building ...


Required Skills:


* Master's degree or equivalent , and Min 6 years of experience.
* Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and attention to detail .
* Leadership and project management experience.
* Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
* Effective organizational and management capabilities.
* Availability and flexibility to meet project demands.
* Adaptability, responsiveness, and problem-solving mindset.
* Decision-making skills with the ability to set and manage priorities.
