Your work will focus on the services provided by MEGA International, which falls under the broader Bizzdesign umbrella.

What will you do?

As an Engagement Manager, you work as an integral part of the larger services team, while being responsible for leading services engagements with our customers.

This includes defining and managing project scope, deliverables, and budget, ensuring successful achievement of the required business outcomes.

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for MEGA and your role is instrumental in facilitating project success.

As part of the Professional Services Team, you will:

* Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact for services, ensuring that contact terms and conditions are met
* Team up with Sales Representatives and own the Services components of commercial proposals
* Be responsible for the preparation of technical and commercial proposals (Statements of Work)
* Contribute to the delivery of engagements expected deliverables (specifications, project reports, communications, etc.)
* Create and execute effective service delivery plans
* Lead the delivery team throughout the whole services engagement and manage staffing
* Track service revenue for the team and provide accurate forecast according to project backlogs and opportunities
* Prepare weekly project performance and status reports
* Contribute to the skills and expertise of the Service team through your mentorship during project monitoring

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate:

* Capability of working effectively in a matrix organization and in an international context
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication in customer facing roles
* Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in leading the deployment of Enterprise Software solutions in clients environment
* Knowledge in the domains of Enterprise Architecture, ITSM or BPMN
* Minimum educational level: Bachelor’s Degree
* Full working proficiency in French and English languages
