Main Responsibilities:

-Provide Level 2/3 technical support for network infrastructure, including troubleshooting, resolving complex issues, and ensuring optimal network performance.

-Support and assist in regular server maintenance, system accesses, systems monitoring, backups.

-Maintain service operations documentation and guides.

-Able to write and comprehend complex SQL.

Requirements:

-Degree/diploma in computer science or similar disciplines.

• Good skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Linux/Unix, Bash shell scripting, Database knowledge.

• Proven experience in JAVA, SQL, Oracle, - Strong Knowledge in Web based Programming.

• ITIL Certification (not mandatory but appreciated).

• Excellent communication skills in English.
