General Qualifications:

* Bachelor or master's degree in IT
* 2- 4 years of experience in IT
* Fluent French and English
* Analyzing problems and developing proactive solutions
* Strong communication and problem solving skills
* Skilled about analytical thinking, planning and organization
* Highly motivated and team oriented, adapting to changes immediately
* No military obligation for male candidates
* Able to locate in Casablanca.

Job Description:

* Installing, maintaining and supporting processes of operational equipment such as terminal system, printers, access points, VPN, etc.
* Making the required updates regarding computer equipment, hardware, and software to meet organizational needs.
* Providing technical support to new employees.
* Troubleshooting technological problems regarding hardware, software, network operating system, user accesses, etc.
* Providing daily help desk activities regarding local and remote processes.
* Implementing policies and procedures related to data processing and computer system operations.
* Providing support to current IT software adaptations and system projects.
* Monitoring system security updates and backup services.
* Ensuring that IT policies set by Arkas Headquarters are implemented successfully.
