Job Purpose:
Monitoring and reviewing surveillance systems across all restaurant locations to ensure operational compliance, safety, and adherence to company standards; identifying irregularities and coordinating with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring surveillance systems across all restaurants
Continuously monitor and review CCTV surveillance across all restaurant locations to ensure operational compliance, safety, loss prevention, and adherence to company standards.
• Receive all hiring documents from the HRD department
Collect, verify, and maintain all employee hiring documents received from the HRD team, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing for onboarding and filing.
• Reviewing voids and detecting theft over the years
Conduct detailed reviews of POS voids, refunds, and transactional discrepancies to identify irregularities, prevent fraud, and support investigations related to theft or misuse.
• Manage and oversee the activities inside all restaurants (cashiers, kitchen, customer areas, deliveries)
Oversee day-to-day operational activities across restaurant functions, including cashier performance, kitchen workflow, dining area standards, customer interactions, and delivery coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitoring and making sure that clients’ belongings are safe—even in cases of forgetfulness
Ensure the safety and protection of customers’ personal belongings by monitoring common areas, addressing lost-and-found cases, and maintaining a secure environment inside all restaurant premises.
Specifications (Qualifications, Experience, and Skills)
* High school with minimum 2 -years experience
* Language Skills: Arabic and English (Oral/Written)
* IT Skills: Excellent MS Office.
