Customer Service Officer

An international company, recognized as a leader in the automotive sector and located in the Tangier Free Zone (TFZ), is strengthening its team and is currently looking for an English-speaking Customer Service Officer, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer orders using SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

• Coordinate logistics flows and ensure on-time deliveries in line with customer requirements and production planning.

• Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with international customers, acting as their primary point of contact.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor and analyze order status, identify risks or delays, and propose corrective actions when necessary.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize order management performance and enhance customer experience.

Required Profile

✔️Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field.
✔️Strong proficiency with SAP (mandatory) and good command of Microsoft Office tools.
✔️Fluent English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment.
✔️Strong sense of service, problem-solving mindset, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
✔️Proactive, detail-oriented, team player, and customer-focused.
