Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Consultant located in Tangier. The Educational Consultant will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students seeking higher education opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with students and families, assisting with university applications, offering educational advice, and managing customer service inquiries. Additionally, the role involves participating in educational events, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of partner universities and programs, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Ability to work under pressure, targets and monthly goals.

Qualifications

* Sales Experience.
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in English, French and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in the education industry is useful
