Purpose:
Generate demand for the company’s products and solutions with Automotive OEMs — primarily with end users to drive demand, and secondarily with Tier suppliers. Also support the company’s distributors through promotional and demand generation activities.
Key Activities:
* Focus on the automotive manufacturing market.
* Identify and engage with key stakeholders at target OEMs and Tier suppliers who specify and implement the company’s materials in key applications within automotive manufacturing.
* Deliver compelling value proposition presentations and conduct hands-on product demonstrations, with an initial focus on tapes, adhesives, sealants, engineered films, and acoustic insulation. Support the integration of these components into overall system architecture.
* Consistently use CRM tools for account categorization and opportunity management in accordance with business group policies.
* Participate in local trade shows.
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of professional experience with a proven track record in B2B sales
* Native/fluent in French and Arabic; fluent in English
* Ability to professionally present the value proposition of the portfolio
* Capability to deliver hands-on product demonstrations
* Comfort working with a technical product portfolio
* Strong planning and execution skills; able to work independently
* Ideally based in Casablanca or Tangier (other locations may be considered)
* Experience in the automotive market is a plus
* Willingness to be in the field 4 out of 5 days (80% of the time)
* Open to international travel (20% of the time)
